Arthur Grant Sutton was born in 1927 in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
His later life when he retired in 1989 was taken up with his love of the written word and resulted in “Was That My Star” a memoir of his early days and his take on his life, politics and observations of the New Zealand way of life.
Arthur has published 4 books and will have a volume of short stories due 2019.
SUTTON, Arthur Grant. 14 March 1927 – 6 October 2018. Peacefully at St Johns Wood in Taupo with family by his side. Much loved husband of the late Una, Dearly loved dad of Stephen, Kathleen, Peter and Bronwyn and their partners. Sadly missed by all of his grand and great grand children.
